about Apple Cider Vinegar

How's your quarantined life going so far?

Since staying home regularly, I focus more on self-care lately and am sipping on my Apple Cider Vinegar water.

The first time I had Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) was about six years ago. A friend of mine gave me a book about using vinegar for health benefits. (Vim & Vinegar: Melody Moore)

According to the book, when potassium in our body decreased, effects such as lost vitality, exhaustion even after a good night's sleep, and grumpiness are experienced. I had those symptoms and decided to drink at first things in the morning.

In a week, I was able to tell differences. I did not feel tired in the morning, and I felt less grumpy. I eventually did change the dilution ratio (the original recipe was too sweet for me), and I kept drinking for the next three years.

There are many great benefits for ACV, such as helping acid reflux, lowering blood pressure, improving diabetes, and supporting weight loss. Also, as well as being used for potent healing compounds, including acetic acid, potassium, magnesium, probiotics, and enzymes. ACV also is said to store hydration in the body, preventing dehydration.

However, most sources say the maximum daily consumption should be 2 TBSP. Let's not get crazy! Even though it has excellent benefits, too much is too much. I have followed this advice.

My favorite ACV is in the pic, but I could not find it at my local supermarket after I moved, then I stopped drinking it. About a year ago, I realized that I could order from Amazon! I have started drinking again. I had surgery seven weeks ago, and I needed hydration. I have tried to drink two Mason bottles (32 oz x 2) and 1 TBSP of ACV.

Let me know if you have anything that gives you additional benefits that you did not expect!

Stay home and stay safe!
