Many people don't realize that when hair products get on your skin from wet hair, they cause the skin to react. Make sure you rinse your hair thoroughly and put a towel on your shoulders. Don't let damp hair touch your skin!
I think 80% of breakouts/bumps are gone when you follow this. There are so many great hair products out there, but not for your skin.
